- Job and Service Information: Details about landscaping services requested or provided, including service types, scheduling preferences, property specifications, special instructions (such as gate codes or pet information), bids, pricing, and completion status.
- Communications: Messages between you and Skape (customer support), and communications between users facilitated through our platform (homeowner-landscaper messaging), subject to applicable privacy laws.
- Ratings and Reviews: Feedback and ratings you provide about other users or services received/provided through the platform.
b. Information Collected Automatically:

- Push Notifications: Information about your notification preferences and delivery status of push notifications sent to your device.
- Analytics Data: How you interact with our Apps, including screens viewed, buttons clicked, time spent in the app, and user flow patterns to improve our Services.
c. Information from Third Parties:
- Social Login Services: If you register using Google, Apple ID, or other third-party authentication services, we receive information as permitted by your privacy settings (typically name, email address, and profile picture).
- Payment Processor (Stripe): Transaction confirmations, payment method details (partial), fraud prevention information, and payout processing data.
- Background Check Providers: For landscapers where applicable and legally permitted, we may receive background check results and identity verification information from third-party providers.
